It was approximately one and a half months after the upload of her first YouTube video. Taylor's Youtube channel surpassed 100,000 subscribers in 2 weeks. Taylor ceased to produce videos, and then put them up on her private. Her main reasons were technical problems, equipment malfunctions, and the fact that she felt overwhelmed by the attention she received from her fans. Taylor began making videos following the break of one month. It included the incredibly well-known ASMR Ten Triggers to help You Sleep. (35,000,000 views as of august 2022). In July 2017, she posted another popular video, ASMR 20 Triggers To Help you sleep (38 million views by August 2022). She appeared in August 2017 interview in an interview with Shane Dawson videoand shortly after she reached one million viewers on YouTube. Wired UK, in its February 2019 issue estimated that she earns $1000 per month through the YouTube channel.

Dennis Helfer along with Elaine Helfer were the parents of Helfer when she was born. The two are of German, English, Swedish and Norwegian descent. She was a graduate of the Stettler's William E. Hay Composite High School. The three sisters Tammy, Tara, and Trena as well as her worked at the farm where she worked on her grain. When she was 17 years old, a scout for models of an agency came across Helfer when he was waiting at the front of a line for entry into a cinema.
